Checks state of SPF records for all exo domains
SYNTAX
Test-MtCisaSpfDirective [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
An SPF policy SHALL be published for each domain, designating only these addresses as approved senders.
