Web content filtering policies are linked to security profiles

ZTA.25410MediumEntra IDGlobal Secure AccessPreview 3.0

Creating filtering policies without linking them to a security profile or the baseline profile leaves them unenforced. Policies must be associated with either the baseline profile (applies to all internet traffic) or a security profile (applies through Conditional Access) to take effect. Unlinked policies provide no protection and create false confidence in your security posture.

The check runs as part of the whole assessment, with the ZeroTrustAssessment module installed:

Install-Module ZeroTrustAssessment -Scope CurrentUser
Connect-Maester
Invoke-Maester -Pack ZTA -SkipBuiltIn

Leave out -SkipBuiltIn to run Maester’s own checks in the same run.
