Returns a boolean depending on the configuration.

SYNTAX​

Test-AzdoDisableGlobalPATCreation [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]

DESCRIPTION​

Checks if global Personal Access Token creation is restricted.

Requires Azure DevOps organization backed by a Microsoft Entra tenant and Azure DevOps Administrator permissions.
