SYNOPSIS
Returns Active Directory SPN mappings from configuration.
SYNTAX
Test-MtAdSpnMappings [-ProgressAction <ActionPreference>] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Phase 14 (AD Configuration tests) - AD-CFG-03. This test retrieves $config.SpnMappings and returns the array count and values.
