SYNOPSIS
Validates and normalizes a path below a GPO's SYSVOL directory.
SYNTAX

DESCRIPTION
Rejects rooted paths, parent traversal, alternate data streams, control characters, and SMB command delimiters before returning a slash-normalized relative path.
